- DAMAGE CLAIMS: Any claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise by emailing wholesale@ostrich.com. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or mis-shipped. A return authorization number is required and must appear on all related correspondence. Reseller is granted a return authorization number by The Ostrich. Reseller must return merchandise in 100% resellable condition to receive credit for the product. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed at the sole discretion of The Ostrich. Freight charges may apply. Please email wholesale@ostrich.com for return authorization and additional instructions.
- GENERAL RETURNS: If for some reason other than a damage claim, the reseller may return the product in a resellable condition, within 30 days of receipt of product. Reseller must email wholesale@ostrich.com for an authorization number and this number must appear on all related correspondence. The Reseller must return the product in 100% resellable condition to receive a credit. A 25% restocking fee is applied.
- UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER RETURNS: If for some reason a customer of the reseller is not satisfied with the product, within 30 days of purchase, the reseller may apply for a credit by emailing wholesale@ostrich.com. Return applications are only accepted for items that have a receipt, date of purchase, batch number, photos of products, full customer contact information (Full name, mailing address, phone number, email address) at the discretion of The Ostrich. A return authorization number is required and must appear on all related correspondence. Reseller is granted a return authorization number by The Ostrich. Freight charges may apply to the credit.
